Good day, my wife and I are pleased with the outcome of our relationship with Joanne Lavoie. As I was outside of my dwelling I had noticed Joanne at another residence un-staging a home. I immediately acknowledged her smile and asked if she would take the time to see our home. Without hesitation she came over, my wife and I expressed our concerns about selling. She did not try to sell us an idea instead she listened and was extremely comforting and transparent. Although my wife and I had spoken with 2 different realtors before Joanne we did not feel a connection as we did with her. We decided to sign on and there we were we followed her advice and were in a fierce fear of what the outcome would be however, Joanne was available at all times to reassure us with reason. When Joanne was not available she would text us and reassure us of when she would get back to us she immediately found the time and made herself available to have a viewing at a home that we were interested in. with completion of purchase and sale Joanne has still continued to reach out and assist with dwelling situations. Joanne is amazing at what she does however it is her person who is so comforting mature and nourishing. I have referred her to friends and without hesitation, her integrity speaks volumes.
